Q: What is Aperi?
A: Aperi is a U.S.-based outdoor gear brand created by adventurers, for adventurers. Our name comes from the Latin word aperire, meaning “to open.” We’re all about opening the world to exploration — with durable, reliable, and sustainable gear built for the wild.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our headquarters are located in the United States. All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Not yet! We currently operate online only but are working toward retail partnerships and pop-up events in the near future.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free regular shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Regular shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after processing. Express shipping (flat rate $4.99) usually arrives within 2–3 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only, but we plan to expand soon.
Q: Is sales tax included?
A: All orders are tax-free — the price you see is the price you pay.

Q: How do I start a return?

with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
