1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for returned items that meet the conditions of our Return Policy.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • If you used Express Shipping ($4.99), that charge will not be refunded unless your order arrived late or damaged.

4. Store Credit Option

You can also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future Aperi purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary).
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@aperi.store for assistance.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Returned items not in their original condition
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Sale or clearance items
