At Aperi, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. How to Start a Return

  • Contact our team at support@aperi.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and simple return instructions.
  • Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided address.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
