1. Warranty Coverage
Aperi warrants that all products purchased directly from Aperi or authorized retailers are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
During this period, we will repair or replace any defective product at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms below.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials (e.g., zippers, stitching, fabric integrity)
- Manufacturing errors
- Hardware failure under normal use
2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than Aperi
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, fading, discoloration) that does not affect product performance
- Lost or stolen items
Outdoor gear naturally experiences wear through adventure — this is part of its life story, not a defect.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service:
Email us at support@aperi.store with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Our support team will review your claim within 5 business days.
If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back.
After inspection, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit depending on the situation.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us; Aperi covers the return shipping on approved warranty claims.
4. Duration and Limitations
- The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.
- Replacement items do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
5. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperi’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit for the product.
Aperi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
6. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) is required to make any warranty claim.
Items purchased through unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty service.
